By creating an account or using Dumbbell House, you agree to these terms. If you use the software on behalf of a gym, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Dumbbell House provides software for managing gym members, membership plans, payments recorded by the gym, and QR-based attendance, along with a member-facing digital membership pass. We may improve or change features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

New gym owners get a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscription charges, billing cycle and renewal dates are shown in your account before you subscribe and inside the subscription page afterwards. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not delete your gym's records simply because a subscription ends; contact us if you want your data removed.

You are responsible for the member information you record, for having the right to record it, and for how you use it. You are also responsible for the payments you collect from your members; Dumbbell House records those payments but does not process them.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or issues outside our control may cause downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, Dumbbell House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. The software is a record-keeping tool; you remain responsible for your gym's operations and decisions.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
