1. Who we are
Dumbbell House is gym management software used by gym owners to manage their members, memberships, payments and attendance. In this policy, "we" means Dumbbell House and "you" means a gym owner using the software or a gym member using the member app.
2. Information we collect
- Gym owner account details: name, email address and gym information you enter.
- Gym details you add: gym name, city, logo and membership plans.
- Member details entered by the gym or by the member during sign-up: name, mobile number and any other fields your gym chooses to record.
- Membership, payment and attendance records created while using the software.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the service running and secure.
3. Who owns member data
Member, payment and attendance records belong to the gym that created them. The gym is responsible for the accuracy of the information it records and for informing its members about how it uses the software. We process this data on the gym's behalf.
4. How we use information
We use the information to provide the service: to show your members and memberships, to record payments and attendance, to generate gym passes and sign-up links, to operate subscription billing for gym owners, and to support you when you contact us.
5. Data separation
Each gym's data is kept separate. A gym owner can only access the records belonging to their own gym, and a member can only access their own membership information.
6. Payments
Gym owner subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card and payment credentials are handled by that provider, not stored by us. Payments your gym collects from its own members are recorded by you inside the software as your own records.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the software (such as hosting, database and payment providers), or where we are required to do so by law.
8. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the service, you can ask us to delete your gym's data by writing to us.
9. Your choices
You can view and update the information in your account at any time from inside the software. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including access controls that keep each gym's data separate. No online service can promise perfect security, so please keep your login details and member passcodes private.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
